One of the many benefits a TOPS Community Web Site provides is the
ability to upload reports from TOPS 2000 to your community web site.
This feature allows property managers to share information between offices,
with on-site managers, and with community officers. Board members can
go to the website to view financial reports prior to board meeting,
enabling them to be better informed and speeding meeting times.
 |
Web reports are created through the same interface
you use to print regular reports in TOPS 2000™, simply check
the box labeled "Export to Web" when you print the
report.
A special web report interface within TOPS 2000™ allows
the property manager to determine which reports get uploaded to
the community web site. File attachements can also be added to
the reports through this interface.

 |
Once the web reports have been uploaded to the web site, the
web report list on the community web site will reflect the new
reports, along with basic information about them.
