Web Site Pricing Plans

TOPS offers four pricing plans to give your community web site(s) the most convenient setup possible. Management Companies wishing to sponsor one or more community web sites may select from three plans, Professional, Preferred, and Pointer.

Management Company Pricing Structure

Professional Plan

Under the Professional Plan, a management company will select a unique domain name (www.green_management.com), under which all communities for that management company will be stored. The cost for the Professional Plan is as follows:

Existing Web Plan

The Existing Web Site Agreement is for management companies who have a complete web site that they are happy to continue supporting and using. We will provide a skeleton site under a unique domain name to which the management company can link their existing site. The cost for the Existing Web Plan is as follows:

Community Pricing Structure

Preferred Plan

Under the Preferred Plan, a community can get a web site under the management company domain. (www.green_management.com/glenoaks) Volume in managed community sites allows TOPS to pass the savings to the community. The cost for the Preferred Plan is as follows:

Pointer Plan

Under the Pointer Plan, a community will select a unique domain name (www.oakland_dale.org), which will 'point' to the management company site. This allows the community to have a unique domain, and still reap the benefits of the community data being uploaded from TOPS 2000™ by the management company. The cost for the Pointer Plan is as follows:

NOTE: The Pointer plan is NOT a hosted plan. This means that because data is still stored on the management company site, Pointer Plan subscribers will not receive e-mail accounts. If your community is interested in a fully hosted plan, including 10 e-mail accounts, see the Premium Plan.

Premium Plan

Under the Premium Plan, a community may elect to have a unique domain name. (www.glenoaks.com) Individually managed communities can increase visibility with this plan. This is a fully hosted plan, and comes complete with 10 e-mail accounts. The cost for the Premium Plan is as follows:
